Roe Ann Towe Rollins 60, Willisburg, KY, died Monday, November 15, 2004 at her residence. She was a certified nursing assistant at the VA Hospitals in Indianapolis, Lexington and Nashville. Survivors include her son, Billy James (Karen) Shelton, Kansas City, MO; two daughters, Darla (Bruce) Vassar, McMinnville, TN; and Barbara (William) Pemberton, Willisburg, KY; eight grandchildren; and a sister, Jennifer Louise Jones, Indianapolis, IN. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Devin James Pemberton; and a brother, Ponnie James Towe.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park Lexington, KY.
